Having same issue, its really slow. I made it to the security code, but it was too slow to load the image, so it was impossible to get further :/

Looking for a night fall one... I made it to the security code too, the image usually expires (bet someone else nabbed it) before loads to the next step..

Thanks for the info about a free Trial. I wanted to try out this game and see what it was all about. I'm a long time WoW player, and am looking for something different.

Unfortunately, the trial registration server is non responsive. I can't get it to load anything after 'Select Language', and even THAT takes a while to come up.

I'm not certain, but it looks like the same server players that paid for the game have to go through for account information. So I'm wondering how they get anything done. Even if I did actually buy the game, I'd still have problems with my account. This is why I look for trials, though, so I can weed out those that can't cut it.

All I wanna do is play a game, not jump through hoops that take me days to complete. So I'll be looking elsewhere for another game to play. Looks like you have more than you can handle anyway.

The NCSoft server is having issues due to several updates happening all at once (see this thread). It should be working as normal within the next few days.

Thanks for that info. I was just reading on the NCSoft site about how much they have going on right now. It's not just the GW trial. They have a LOT going on right now. The help page says they're very aware of it and looking for ways to help. So I'll try again later, like it suggests.
